Therapy Reports Pro was designed and created collaboratively by two very distinct entities.


Physicians Software Solutions, Inc.

Physicians Software Solutions, Inc, formerly known as Stephens & Associates, was created in 1989 with the goal of helping clinicians improve office efficiency through technology. For over a quarter-century, PSS has helped hundreds of offices across the United States just like yours improve their bottom line using innovative software, support, and training to help the medical industry stay ahead of the ever changing curve. With offices in California, Washington, and Missouri, PSS has clients in 38 states using various PSS software programs to reduce costs, time requirements and improve reimbursement.

PSS develops, distributes, trains, and supports Therapy Reports Pro.


Pacific Therapy Services, Inc.

PTS is a multi-location practice in Southern California for nearly three decades.  Their staff members are committed to professional growth and participate in forward-thinking research and educational experiences. Numerous staff members are graduates of long term orthopedic manual therapy residencies, and have taught extensively in continuing education courses. Their treatment approach is a commitment to sound clinical reasoning utilizing the assessment re-assessment principles outlined in the Australian (and others of course) approach of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Our commitment to our fellow colleagues in rehabilitation is to facilitate a documentation program that trusts YOUR clinical reasoning and YOUR documentation needs rather than attempting to “out think”  you as part of the documentation process.

Staff specialties include certifications in manual therapy (AAOMPT), orthopedics, (OCS), hand therapy, (CHT) speech and language pathology, (SLP), and vestibular treatment techniques.

Therapy Reports Pro has been developed to facilitate efficient and accountable documentation  for all disciplines in all clinical settings. PTS provides clinical content, training, and demonstration capabilities for Therapy Reports Pro, and provides the majority of end to end testing of new features.
